Kharmika is a skilled real estate professional with experience in helping businesses and investors achieve their goals. Prior to real estate, she had a successful career in the United States Foreign Service, representing the US government on various issues. Kharmika is dedicated to ongoing education and recently obtained her CCIM designation. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Durham Central Park and as a State Political Coordinator for the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
