Mr. Xhakli is the Marketing Director at Lee & Associates NYC, where he leads the firm’s marketing and business development strategy. His role includes creating comprehensive marketing plans, customized offering memoranda, and specialized digital and print collateral to support agents in securing new business.

Kas began his career at Eastdil Secured, where he marketed some of the nation’s largest deals, typically valued over $50 million, and contributed to over $100 billion in sales and financing. After Eastdil, he served as Marketing Director at Newmark, working with the top-ranked debt and structured finance team in commercial real estate, as recognized by Commercial Observer. Kas has also collaborated with B6 Real Estate Advisors, including Paul Massey Jr., further expanding his expertise. With over a decade of experience, he has built a reputation as a leader in developing sophisticated marketing tools for the nation's most prominent real estate brokerage teams.
