Philip creates value for investors and business owners by facilitating mutually beneficial relationships. As a former successful business owner, he understands the demands placed on businesses and their needs, as well as the requirements of successful real estate investors. Philip began his real estate career as a Property Appraiser in 2003, has been licensed as a Sales Associate since 2006, and has experience managing commercial and residential construction projects since 2010.

Philip earned bachelor's Degrees in both Economics and Political Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, and enjoys reading and educating on economics and the philosophy of living. He has lectured on Austrian Monetary Theory and Property Rights for the Foundation for Economic Education.

Within the community he has served as the FGCU Alumni Association Naples Chapter Treasurer from 2020 through 2022. Previously he served as the co-chair of the Alzheimer's Association's largest SWFL fundraiser from 2016 through 2020
