The Deer Trail Pit

The Deer Trail Pit is a permitted, active gravel pit located just 1.75 miles from the Town of Deer Trail and the Union Pacific Railroad, with easy access only 2 miles south of I-70. A geologic survey estimates 1.5–1.8 million cubic yards of Class 5A and other aggregate materials remaining. The site is conveniently situated about 40 miles from the I-70/E-470 interchange and 30 miles from Limon. Contact broker for more details.
